Mama Jimenez was lacking any advertising of their name! The building was dull and half of the time people didn't know they were even really open...

AFTER

I spiced up the side of the building with purple red and black ...and their name in large letters! Business has already started picking up because of it!

A Peaceful Retreat

This weekend I re-did my husbands Grandmothers bedroom. I put the before and after pictures below. My dad and I finished the room in one day, but I we didn't get the wall hangings up. The next trip in when she has found the family photos she wants to use..I will take photos of the complete finished product. I changed the paint to a calming green which really lighted up the room and made the cherry wood bed and chair really pop. Another thing we did was add chair rail molding which really made the room look more expensive. JoJo (Grandma) really loved her new room..I also shopped an entire day for the flowered green rug to compliment the walls , the bedding and my favorite the coverlet on the end of the bed. And then all the details, pillows, flowers, side table, curtains ect....Designing the bedroom was a blast and I can't wait for the next project!

Front Yard Flowerbed

This Is a flower bed I did over Easter Weekend. It was a pretty large flower bed and there was just a small town nursery to get plants from, so selection was slim. These pictures were from the next day after planting. I am planning on taking more pictures a month from now to show how I plan on it to all grow in. The plants will be different heights so, we should be able to see that. The Lady loved her yard so much we are doing the backyard and a bedroom makeover in a few weeks.

My Art Background/Bio

My name is Calina Coffman and my passion in life is all things creative. I am married to Drew Coffman and we have two baby girls Laken and Maddyx. Right now we live in Hico, Texas. I attended Texas Tech University two years majoring in Art and I transfered to Midwestern State University to finish my degree and be a stay at home mom. Sports Bedrooms, Anyone?

These bedrooms were done for my husband's brothers. One is a Gator fan and the other is an UNC fan. So I took care of their rooms with these logo paintings. The UNC player is an artistic take on Tyler Hansboro. This would also be an example of custom work. 

Leopard Laundry Room

This was my first design job in Midland Tx, a very fun and sassy lady wanted an over the top laundry room with wild leopard and zebra print. This was all hand painted from the zebra border to every last leopard spot. This would be considered a custom job.
