The home Design Process is a very simple, straight forward concept. Send me 360 degree pictures of the room you are wanting a Design for. (if meeting in person is realistic that would be best) There will be 100 dollar nonrefundable design fee. This is to cover the time I will spend collecting pictures and information and prices for your room.
This is an example of a design idea ...this is something I put together to be able to give you an idea of what I am thinking for the room. Depending on your Budget I then go shopping to find look alike materials that are cheaper. So the final product may differ somewhat.
If once we decide on a price and you except the design plan the 100 design fee will be put toward the price of my work. If you decide not to do the design the 100 is not refunded. Once we agree to do the design, I will start the shopping process and we will also decide a date to actually come in and do the work. You will give me the money you have for our Budget and I will do all of the shopping work...you get to relax and wait for your new room to come all together. Finally when everything is done I will show up with a carpenter (if needed) and finish the room. There will be an additional charge for a carpenter. These are all details discussed in advance and added into the designing fee.
Also I love art and think everyone should have an original art piece in their house. I have found websites and know of a few starting artists, who I can have do a piece for the room. ML'ynn Johnson is starting a business as a digital artist, she designed a piece for the room design above.
